Refund and Returns Policy

NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 7 days of the date of receipt by emailing us at info@thibeseeds.com.na. Please quote your order number in the email.
Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging and securely packed and we will let you know the day they will be collected by our couriers.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If all is in order, then your refund will be processed within 4 working days. Banking details will be required as we can’t refund your credit or debit card. Alternately we can issue you with a credit for future use on our site. 
RETURNED AN ITEM AND HAVEN’T YET RECEIVED A REFUND?
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days of our email confirming receipt of the returned item, please check your bank account again. If you’ve done that and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
info@thibeseeds.com.na.
WHEN DOES THIS POLICY NOT APPLY?
Special / Customised orders are exempt from being returned.
Orders delivered outside of Namibia are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods cannot be returned.
When 7 days has passed since an item was delivered, we unfortunately can’t accept a return.
Gift cards / Gift Vouchers are not returnable / refundable.
Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or
missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thibeseeds.com.na and send your item to: ThiBe Seeds CC, erf 1072, Buchi Buchi Centre, Ngweze, Katima Mulilo 20001
